Returns
Damage and Shortages
If
an item is received as damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours with
the pictures of the received package so that a claim may be processed.
Report the damage to the delivery service driver if possible. You will
be issued an RMA number. Please hold the original packing materials and
damaged merchandise for inspection otherwise no claim, replacement, or
refund can be honored. In the case where merchandise must be returned
to us for inspections you will be charged for the replacement until the
damaged product has been returned and inspected. It is your
responsibility to get the damaged goods back to us.
Items are
not always shipped as a single unit. In the case of product shortage,
consult the Packing Slip for backorder information. If your missing
product is not on back order, please contact us immediately for further
instructions.
Returns and Refunds
You
must read the description of our merchandise and Returns Policy before
you order merchandise, we don't accept any unreasonable return (for
example, about color, size, design, authentic/original or match issue).
The returned merchandise must be unused condition1. For your
protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your
merchandise. Repack items carefully in the original packing material
and prepay and insure the shipping (Please note that you are
responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping
costs.) Customized merchandise in non-refundable.
Shipping Fee, Handling Fee, Customs Tax, and Sale Tax are non-refundable, discounted items, special offers and special items2
are non-refundable. If the Express Parcel may be seized, forfeited or
held by buyer's Customs, we are not responsible for the issue, the
buyer should/must solve the issue by himself, all the fee is
non-refundable.

finish, and size of the piece will work for you before you order.
1"Unused
condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the
security tags are still attached and the item must not have been sized
or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any
indication that it has been used.
